Contract Attorney CT/MA-barred Remote Research (Short Term)
Our client - full-service litigation practice with strong regional presence - is seeking a CT or MA-barred research-focused contract attorney to support complex commercial and consumer finance matters on a short-term (two week) basis. This fully remote role is ideal for an attorney with a bit of experience (4 years ideal) who may be open to a potentially longer duration arrangement Responsibilities include: Drafting memoranda, motions, and briefs for federal and state court matters Supporting appellate strategy and litigation Conducting in-depth legal research on financial institution operations, insurance coverage disputes, and tort liability Assisting with class action defense and enterprise risk litigation Ideal candidates will have: Law review or journal experience Exposure to appellate practice or clerkship experience Strong analytical and writing skills Interest in growing within a national litigation practice Comfortability with two-week duration (potentially longer) Apply Now Apply tot his job
