Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyst

About the positionResponsibilities• Design, implement, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using Kentico Xperience. • Develop and manage a robust CRO testing roadmap aligned with business goals. • Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Amplitude, Tableau, and Kentico's built-in analytics. • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates and user experience. • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate test performance, KPIs, and long-term trends.• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and content strategists to implement winning test variants. • Perform post-test analysis to measure statistical significance and business impact. • Support site tagging and event tracking strategies across digital properties. • Stay current on best practices, emerging tools, and trends in digital analytics and CRO. Requirements• 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO, digital analytics, or web optimization. • Proven experience using Kentico Xperience for A/B and multivariate testing or other testing tools.• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tableau. • Deep understanding of website behavior analytics, test design, and UX optimization. • Advanced skills in interpreting data to form hypotheses, test, and report results clearly. • Experience working within a hybrid work environment; ability to collaborate in-office 3 days/month. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Nice-to-haves• Certifications such as: Google Analytics Certification (GA4), Tableau Desktop Specialist/Certified Associate, Kentico Xperience Developer or Marketer Certification, Relevant CRO Certs. • Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager). • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript a plus.
