The ideal candidate is a highly motivated legal professional capable of receiving and managing work from a Partner, meeting billable expectations, and contributing to a high-performing team.This is a prime opportunity for an experienced attorney who is ready to take on sophisticated estate planning and administration work in a firm that values autonomy, accountability, and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities• Manage complex trust and estate matters, including planning, administration, and related disputes. • Collaborate directly with a Partner to execute legal strategies and deliver high-quality client service. • Maintain a minimum annual billable bolthires of 1,800+ hours. • Draft estate planning documents and provide strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals and families.• Coordinate with clients, fiduciaries, tax advisors, and financial professionals. • Ensure compliance with applicable trust, probate, and tax laws. Qualifications• 5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience, preferably in a private practice or boutique law firm setting. • CPA Certification• Proficient in handling estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation matters independently. • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to professional excellence.• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
