Creative Director & Content Strategist Needed

About the Role We are looking for a Creative Director & Content Strategist who understands that "pretty" content is useless if it doesn't convert. You won't just be "posting to social media"—you will be the visual architect for a high-growth electrical services brand. You will work directly under the acting CMO to bridge the gap between organic brand building and high-performance paid advertising. Your goal: Produce high-quality assets that lower our ad costs (CPCs) and build "Speed to Trust" with our local audience. Core Responsibilities • Creative Strategy: Research local market trends and competitor ads to develop monthly content calendars that actually resonate with homeowners. • Organic Ecosystem: Manage and execute daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, Nextdoor, Google business profile, Thumbtack and any other future channels we discover. Focus on educational content, project showcases, and behind-the-scenes "human" elements. • Ad Creative Production: Design and script "Scroll Stopper" ads for Meta and Google. You will take winning organic concepts and "polish" them into high-converting paid assets. • Direct Response Design: Create high-converting landing page visuals and ad graphics using proven direct-response principles (hooks, benefits, clear CTAs). • Brand Ownership: Ensure a cohesive "look and feel" across all platforms, ensuring the brand looks like the #1 authority in the local market. • Feedback Loop: Participate in weekly performance reviews.
