CRM Specialist – Weekly Campaign Setup and Optimizatio - Contract to Hire
I’m looking for an experienced Monday CRM expert who can manage and optimize my weekly email and automation campaigns. This role is once per week, but I’m open to increasing hours as results scale. Your job is simple:Build the campaigns. Optimize the campaigns. Make sure the CRM is printing money. Keep everything tight, organized, and improving each week. Responsibilities• Once per week, build and schedule a full week of email/SMS CRM campaigns inside Monday CRM• Set up automations, workflows, reminders, tagging, segmentation, and triggers• Run A B tests on subject lines, copy, timing, and offers• Monitor campaign performance throughout the week• Make strategic optimizations to improve open rates, clicks, conversions, and engagement• Clean and organize contacts, lists, tags, and pipelines• Suggest new flows, retention ideas, and revenue opportunities• Provide a short weekly performance summary and what changes you madeRequirements• Proven experience with Monday CRM (include examples or screenshots)• Strong background in CRM automation, email marketing, and campaign optimization• Ability to analyze data and make smart decisions• Understanding of segmentation, tagging logic, and customer journeys• Detail oriented, organized, and consistent• Able to work independently with minimal oversight• Available weekly at the same timePreferred (not required)• Experience writing high converting marketing copy• Understanding of digital product sales and online education funnels• Experience creating retention and re activation sequencesWhat I Need From You• The ability to take this off my plate completely• Someone who can look at the CRM with a strategic eye• A person who can bring ideas, not just execute tasks• Someone who can help increase revenue directly through consistent, optimized campaignsTo Apply, Please Include1.Your experience with Monday CRM2.
