Job Overview: We’ve built Givt4Kids, a unique "digital-to-physical" giving tool for children's ministries that brings the tangible experience of generosity back to the digital age. We have a specific bottleneck: our cold email campaigns are seeing strong click-through rates, but those visitors aren't converting into booked sales calls. We need a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expert to audit our website and booking flow to identify why prospects are dropping off and help us bridge the gap from "interested click" to "scheduled demo".
