Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing first-class customer satisfaction at all times and doing whatever it takes to support customers following our guidelines. * Handling incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat, or social media, logging call details onto call tracking systems, and performing call follow-ups according to procedures. * Supporting consumers in the sales and after-sales process by qualifying needs, recommending products, providing after-sales support, and performing additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction. * Forwarding escalations and defined topics to the respective client's brand units and/or contact persons. * De-escalating complaints, offering solutions within client procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transferring to the client's or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases. * Ensuring correct presentation of the client's corporate image in all interactions, representing their brand, and generating consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels. **Your Qualifications** We're looking for talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
