We are a fast-growing U.S. auto insurance agency looking for a remote Customer Service & Admin VA to long-term. You will help take care of our clients by handling messages, basic admin work, and supporting our agents so they can focus on selling and closing policies. Day to day, you’ll be replying to customers by chat, SMS, and email, sending reminders, updating notes, organizing leads, and following clear procedures. Strong, natural written English is a must.
