Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Operating our cash registers, processing transactions, and handling customer payments * Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised * Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and sales * Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super structures * Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance Training & Personal Development As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities, including: * Attending training sessions and completing PPLs requested by your manager or assigned by corporate * Participating in on-the-job training and coaching to develop your skills and knowledge * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within the company Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: * Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Prior work experience with blithequark * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Equal Opportunity Employer blithequark is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion. Salary Range The salary range for this role is $15.5 - $17.5 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
