Cyber Security Researcher

We are seeking a Cyber Security Researcher to support offensive security initiatives focused on AI technologies. This role involves conducting red-team style cybersecurity testing, identifying vulnerabilities, analyzing impacts, and recommending remediation strategies. You will collaborate closely with Specialty Software Engineering and Offensive Security Research teams to address moderately complex engineering and security challenges, ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Responsibilities:Perform cybersecurity testing against AI systems from a red-team perspective.Investigate and validate AI vulnerabilities, analyze risk and impact, and document findings.Develop proof-of-concepts, exploits, or reverse-engineering analyses to demonstrate vulnerabilities.Review and analyze moderately complex Specialty Software Engineering challenges.Contribute to planning and delivery of Specialty Software Engineering initiatives.Collaborate with engineering and security partners to resolve moderately complex issues and ensure compliance.Present complex technical findings to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Create high-quality technical reports explaining attack chains, vulnerabilities, and recommended mitigation steps.Qualifications:4+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience (or equivalent via work, consulting, military experience, or education).2+ years of AI Cyber Security Research experience.2+ years of experience creating proof-of-concepts, developing exploits, or performing reverse engineering.3+ years of converged or red-team testing experience (or equivalent via work, training, military experience, or education).3+ years of experience presenting complex technical topics to diverse stakeholder groups.3+ years of experience writing technical security reports detailing attack chains and vulnerabilities Apply tot his job
