Required Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst supporting a healthcare claims environment or projects, etc.• 2+ years of experience with VBA (Visual Basic for Application) experience• 2+ years of experience in creating and using data modeling tools, spreadsheets, and information acquisition tools• Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, lists, statistical functions, etc.)• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)Preferred Qualifications• Prior experience writing in SQL, Python, SAS and/or SAS EG• Industry Certification (CFE, AHFI, CPC)• Experience working in a government, legal, health care, managed care and/or health insurance environment in a regulatory, privacy or compliance role• Experience communicating complex information via phone conversations and emails to non-technical clients, external customers, internal customers and executives• Experience working independently and researching• All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter PolicyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
