As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in raising invoices and administering incoming invoices at our Daresbury contact centre. Responsibilities As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for: * Managing and raising invoices across our Accident Repair Network efficiently * Providing exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving discrepancies promptly * Conducting thorough sanction searches on suppliers to ensure accuracy * Collaborating closely with the finance team to implement effective credit control measures * Evaluating and minimizing risk by ensuring attention to detail and maintaining accurate records * Optimizing the invoicing system to deliver seamless customer solutions Opportunities for Career Growth We offer opportunities for contract extension and potential permanent employment for candidates demonstrating the right capabilities and behaviors. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess: * Excellent MS Office skills with high data entry accuracy * Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and time management * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers * A positive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with AudaExpress and creating sales invoices is highly desirable Why Join blithequark?
