Major responsibilities- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures- Carrying out operations, using policies and procedures; detailing necessary revisions- Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies- Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities- Handling materials containing highly confidential information- Completing additional tasks as needed- Assisting with data entry and additional administrative tasksRequirements- Strong organization skills- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight- Fulfill a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy- Proven computer skills- Strong bolthires Excel skills required- High school diploma or equivalent- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills- Experience with Typing Data Entry-Comprehensive knowledge of Computer Data Entry- Customer invoices experience highly preferred- Proficiency in numeric data entry- General familiarity with Code Invoices- Perform Data Entry experience preferred- Adeptness in Salesforce.com- Demonstrated knowledge of Coding Accuracy- Practical knowledge of Coding Invoices- Data entry experience preferredExpected salary: $15.2 - 17.6 per hourLocation: Perrysburg, OHApply for the job now!Apply tot his job
