Be all this and more at Colliers DCF Analyst | Valuation & Advisory Services Position Objective: Delivering high-quality financial modeling and analytical support to the Valuation & Advisory team. This role focuses on preparing and maintaining property cash flow files using Argus Enterprise and Rockport VAL, interpreting real estate documentation, and ensuring accuracy across valuation deliverables. The analyst will collaborate closely with U.S.-based team leads and appraisers, contributing to multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain discounted cash flow (DCF) models using Argus Enterprise and Rockport VAL • Input and validate lease data for accurate financial projections • Ensure models reflect current market assumptions and client-specific parameter • Abstract key lease terms and financial clauses for modeling purposes • Review and interpret real estate documents such as rent rolls, lease agreements, and recovery worksheets • Identify discrepancies and ensure data integrity across valuation inputs • Communicate directly with appraisers and valuation professionals to clarify inputs and assumptions • Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders to refine DCF models • Maintain clear documentation of modeling decisions and revisions • Manage multiple valuation projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and client expectations • Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and proactive problem-solving • Review DCF files for consistency, completeness, and compliance with internal standards • Suggest improvements to modeling workflows and data handling practices • Stay current with updates to Argus and Rockport VAL platforms Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred) • 1–3 years of experience in financial modeling or real estate valuation • Familiarity with Argus Enterprise and/or Rockport VAL is a plus • Strong lease interpretation and modeling skills • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven • Excellent time management and communication skills • Fluent in written and spoken English • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Fully Remote — collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and global teammates If you meet the profile, please apply by sending your updated CV with photo in PDF format.
