About the positionResponsibilities• Design, build, and test 5-7 marketing emails per week (for both US and UK markets) within Klaviyo, ensuring accuracy in layout, links, and responsiveness across devices• Develop and maintain email templates in Klaviyo that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns• Create email design assets such as animated and static banners• Ensure all designs are visually innovative, on-brand, and optimized for engagement and conversion• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative, E-Commerce, and Marketing teams to support new launches and campaigns• Contribute to paid social ad creation and web projects as needed, including homepage and campaign page updates and video componentsRequirements• Proficient in Klaviyo (Klaviyo specifically preferred; similar email platforms such as Mailchimp or Salesforce Marketing Cloud okay)• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects (and/or Premiere), as well as Figma and Sketch• Experience designing responsive emails and web assets in a retail or fashion environment, experience in the luxury space a strong plus• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a strong eye for detail• A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary capacityand contributing to a broad creative landscapeNice-to-haves• Experience designing responsive emails and web assets in a retail or fashion environment, experience in the luxury space a strong plusBenefits• Comprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance• 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company match• Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays• Flexible Fridays with shortened hours during both Summer and Winter seasons• Tax-free commuter benefits• Exclusive employee merchandise discounts Apply tot his job
