We support the College and its initiatives through digital and traditional media, including website creation and maintenance, social media, brand formulation and strategy, advertising services, and more. We advise campus members on branding practices, best web and social media practices, and general strategy. The Digital Media Assistant's main duties:• Create short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram & YouTube• Take pictures of campus and events• Be in photographs and video shoots as needed• Research online trends and how they may apply to OCC's marketing strategyPotential duties may include:• Blog writing• Photo archive organization• Minor graphic design and photo editing• Providing feedback on proposed website changesRequirements:• Passion for digital media creation• Willingness to learn about marketing strategy, brand creation and maintenance• Strong writing and communication skills• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.English and another language will be considered.
