This leader will drive performance across all digital channels — ensuring measurable impact on brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration. The Director will serve as both a strategist and operator: elevating Revecore’s digital presence through SEO/SEM, paid media, website experience, and analytics, while also advancing the marketing organization’s operational maturity through data, technology, and process excellence. The Role: Digital Marketing Leadership Lead the development and execution of Revecore’s digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, paid social and web channels. Oversee website management and optimization, including A/B testing to improve user experience and conversion performance. Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Google and other paid media campaigns to increase engagement, reach, and lead quality. Marketing Operations & Analytics Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated, data is accurate, and insights are actionable in collaboration with Sr. Director Revenue Marketing. Own dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics to track marketing performance and ROI. Partner with Sales to refine lead scoring, attribution, and conversion tracking. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with content and brand leads to ensure consistent storytelling and messaging across channels. Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT for web and systems development initiatives. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth. Champion a culture of testing, measurement, and optimization. Establish best practices for digital governance, tagging, and campaign measurement. Key Performance Metrics (KPIs) Website traffic & conversion rates Lead quality (MQL → SQL → win rate) Paid media ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency Brand visibility and share of voice You will be successful if you have: 7-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with deep expertise in SEO/SEM, paid media, and web optimization. Proven success managing marketing operations, including CRM, MAP, and analytics platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong analytical mindset and comfort translating data into strategy and action. Experience building integrated digital campaigns that generate measurable pipeline impact. Experience supporting website content strategy and development, including collaboration with external agencies and creative partners. Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and a bias for execution. Work at Home Requirements: A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. A secure home internet connection with speeds >20 Mbps for downloads and >10 Mbps for uploads is required. The workspace area accommodates all workstation equipment and related materials and provides adequate surface area to be productive.
