This is not a cold-start role—you’ll be stepping into a warm, active deal pipeline, working directly with the founder, and executing a proven system to drive revenue.We’re not looking for a talker—we’re looking for a proven executor who thrives in a remote, fast-paced, performance-driven environmentRequirementsWhat You’ll Do• Own the Sale – Take signed contracts and drive them to the closing table with urgency and discipline. • Engage Warm Leads – Manage a prioritized, pre-vetted buyer pool with a strong history of transactions. • Build Buyer Relationships – Grow and maintain connections that fuel repeat business. • Push Pricing and Margin – Maximize assignment spreads through strategic negotiation.• ExpandOur Network – Identify, vet, and nurture new investor buyers to broaden our reach. • Collaborate Daily – Work closely with the company founder during onboarding and beyond to refine and execute a proven sales process.
