Dispositions & Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Dispositions & Investor Relations Manager to join our team. Duties • Lead the disposition process for real estate or asset portfolios, coordinating due diligence, valuation, and sale negotiations to maximize value. • Develop and execute investor relations strategies by preparing compelling presentations, press releases, and detailed reports that communicate company performance and strategic initiatives. • Maintain ongoing communication with current and prospective investors, providing updates on asset performance, market trends, and corporate developments through calls, meetings, and written correspondence. • Conduct thorough research using tools like Bloomberg and other financial databases to analyze market conditions, industry trends, and competitive positioning. • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, models, and analyses to support investment decisions, including valuation assessments and financial modeling exercises. • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with securities law and regulatory requirements related to disclosures and investor communications. • Support corporate finance initiatives by assisting in capital raising efforts, private equity transactions, or other investment opportunities. • Manage press releases and public relations efforts related to asset dispositions or significant corporate milestones to enhance public perception and investor confidence. • Facilitate meetings with institutional investors, private equity firms, investment banks, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships that support ongoing business growth. Skills • Extensive experience with Bloomberg terminal for market research and financial data analysis. • Strong understanding of securities law, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks governing investor communications. • Proven research skills to analyze industry trends, market data, and financial statements effectively. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial information to diverse audiences. • Deep knowledge of corporate finance principles including valuation techniques, financial modeling, and investment analysis. • Background in equity research or investment banking is highly desirable for providing strategic insights into asset valuation and market positioning. • Experience in private equity or investment management enhances your ability to evaluate high-value assets and investor interests. • Superior communication skills for building rapport with investors through written reports, press releases, and face-to-face meetings. • Strong financial acumen combined with accounting expertise for accurate financial statement preparation and analysis. • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
