As part of recruiting process, please complete this Culture Index Survey, here is Link Job Title: E-commerce Merchandiser Location: Remote or Austin/Cedar Park Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week) About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify & Amazon Merchandiser to support our e-commerce and Amazon storefronts. This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours/week) that plays a key part in ensuring our online presence is optimized, inventory is flowing efficiently, and product data is kept up to date across platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, product and web development teams to manage promotions, maintain accurate inventory levels, and launch new products on both Shopify and Amazon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys e-commerce operations, merchandising, and owning processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Manage and update site content on Shopify for sales, seasonal promotions, and product launches Set up new products on Shopify and Amazon, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and imagery Monitor and update product pricing across platforms to reflect promotions, strategy changes, or competitive adjustments Coordinate inventory shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses (if not handled by Customer Service) Monitor and flag low-stock or inventory issues within Shopify to relevant team members Collaborate with the Web Development team to implement site changes, merchandising updates, or UX enhancements Support the ongoing improvement of our product presentation and discoverability on Amazon Maintain a content calendar or checklist to ensure key merchandising dates and deadlines are met Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising on Shopify 3+ years of experience in merchandising and new product creation on Amazon Seller Central Familiarity with FBA processes and best practices for Amazon listings Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, web dev and product teams Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Self-starter who can manage time and tasks effectively in a part-time, remote setting Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce is a plus Nice to Have: Experience with graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for basic image editing Familiarity with inventory management tools or Shopify apps Understanding of Amazon advertising or promotional tools Plus, amazing perks at our brand-new Cedar Park office: Onsite gym and private soundproof pods to focus or unwind Sauna, ice plunge and red light therapy for ultimate wellness Game room with pool and darts to connect and have fun Fully stocked modern break room with snacks Free organic eggs from our on-site chicken farm — yes, really!
