Ecommerce Launch Consultant – Home Goods / Everyday Products I’m in the early stages of launching an ecommerce business, starting Amazon-first, focused on home goods and everyday-use products. I’m looking for an experienced Amazon FBA consultant to help guide the setup, launch strategy, and early operational decisions. I’m intentionally building a solid, sustainable Amazon business and want to work with someone who understands the operational, strategic, and compliance side of Amazon, not just ads or shortcuts. What I’m looking for support with: -Product research and validation (Amazon-specific) -Supplier sourcing strategy and MOQ negotiation -Margin and pricing analysis (including FBA fees and PPC impact) -Amazon Seller Central setup and compliance -Listing optimization (SEO + conversion) -Launch sequencing and early optimization -Best practices to avoid common Amazon mistakes at the start Ideal background: -Proven experience launching or managing Amazon FBA brands -Experience with home goods or everyday consumer products -Strong understanding of Amazon operations, policies, and fee structures -Experience as a consultant or operator Engagement style: 1.
