Electrical Engineering Expert – Applicant Assessment Scorer

We’re looking for an Electrical/Electronics Engineering subject‑matter expert to help us evaluate and score applicant 30 minutes to 1 hour technical assessments on electrical engineering concepts inside our evaluation platform. This is human‑in‑the‑loop work: you will review candidate responses against a rubric, assign scores consistently, and leave brief rationale notes. Important: This role is not for designing our product hardware directly. It’s for scoring/validating candidate assessments based on real‑world EE design expectations. Please also note that you will need to be on standby for when the assessments come in, which will need to be scored then. Pay is for active scoring time only. Standby time is not paid. -Score candidate submissions using a provided rubric (correctness, approach, assumptions, clarity, completeness) -Provide short written justification notes (typically 1–5 sentences) -Flag unclear prompts, rubric gaps, or edge cases for review -Participate in occasional calibration (short alignment sessions so evaluators score consistently) Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or closely related) 2+ years hands‑on experience designing products that include: Multi‑core ARM + DDR3 3G/4G/LTE circuits/systems Bluetooth / Wi‑Fi / GNSS Power supply circuitry / SMPS Experience/knowledge of microcontrollers and product regulatory requirements (EMC) Driven, able to work independently, reliable communicator Apply tot his job
