Elite Fractional CMO (Execution + Strategy) - $2,500/Month per Client - Contract to Hire

We are a fast-growing marketing firm providing Fractional CMO + execution services for businesses that want real growth — not fluff, not theory, but measurable results. We are now looking for top-tier Fractional CMOs who can take over a company’s marketing system, identify bottlenecks, create a clear plan, and lead execution with confidence. Role OverviewYou will act as the lead CMO for multiple clients (only the ones you choose and qualify).Your responsibilities include:Deep Business DiagnosisConduct a detailed analysis of the client’s industry, competitors, messaging, and acquisition systemsIdentify real bottlenecks and opportunitiesConvert raw information into actionable insightsStrategic Growth PlanningCreate a clear, custom 90-day growth plan for each clientOutline key KPIs, channels, and action stepsSimplify complex operations into a roadmap a team can followExecution LeadershipWork with our internal marketing team and clients’ teamsProvide direction across ads, funnels, email, creative, CRO, brand, and strategyKeep the plan on track and aligned with business goalsHold weekly or bi-weekly leadership meetings with clientsAccountabilityOwn the numbersTrack performanceAdjust strategy to maximize ROIThis is NOT a “consultant” role.This is hands-on leadership + execution oversight.
