Email & SMS Marketing Specialist (Shopify + Omnisend)
Job Description We are Skinociti (skinociti.com) — a U.S.-based brand creating premium 3D textured device skins and wraps for phones, tablets, laptops, and everyday tech accessories. We’re looking for an experienced Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to design, build, and optimize high-converting automation flows using Omnisend or Klaviyo. This role requires both strategy and execution — including lifecycle planning, branded email design, Shopify integration, and technical setup. We are not looking for someone who only sends campaigns. Our goal is to increase conversion rate, retention, and customer lifetime value, while maintaining a strong and consistent brand experience. Your Responsibilities 1. Build and deploy automated email & SMS workflows using Omnisend or Klaviyo 2. Design on-brand email templates that reflect Skinociti’s bold, textured aesthetic 3. Create mobile-first, conversion-optimized emails 4. Set up platform triggers, delays, filters, and segmentation logic 5. Integrate Shopify customer and behavioral data (viewed product, add to cart, checkout started, purchase, etc.) 6. Implement dynamic content blocks and personalization 7. Configure promo codes, rewards logic, and cart recovery triggers 8. Fully test all flows to ensure correct firing and deliverability 9. Review initial performance and provide optimization recommendations Priority Automations 1. Welcome series 2. Abandoned cart 3. Browse abandonment 4. Post-purchase & cross-sell 5. Figma (preferred) or Illustrator/Photoshop/Sketch 2. Ability to match emails to an existing brand look and feel 3.
