Employment Law Mediation Lawyer (DC, Remote)
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Employment Lawyer to join our legal team. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex legal issues while providing sound advice to clients. The Employment Lawyer will be responsible for representing plaintiffs in legal matters, particularly in mediations with employers, employers' attorneys, and employers' insurance vendors. Responsibilities • Represent clients in employment-related legal matters, including EEOC-related cases.• Participate in mediations organized by the EEOC, as well as private mediations. • Negotiate soft landing in terms of settlements with clients. Skills • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. • Proven track record of negotiating with counterparties in employment cases to achieve settlements.
