This is a tremendous opportunity to join us in our mission to make life easier for clinics and patients alike.You will have the opportunity to lead a small team of implementation specialists while also serving as the internal fertility operational workflow subject matter expert for our customers and for a variety of teams at EngagedMD. This fully remote role reports to our Head of Fertility, and candidates are required to reside in the United States. This role requires legal authorization to work in the United States. EngagedMD is unable to sponsor current H1B visa holders for this role.What You’ll DoLead, coach, and mentor the members of the implementation teamContinuously improve the implementation processes and workflows at EngagedMD to the benefit of our customers and internal business needsServe as a consultant and subject matter expert on fertility clinic operations to internal and external stakeholdersConsult with customers to facilitate the development of policies and procedures and optimize workflows using EngagedMD solutions throughout the product lifecyclePartner with our customers to advise on design and execution of research studies featuring EngagedMD’s productsCollaborate with internal teams such as the Marketing, Sales, Video Experience, and Product teams to share your operational knowledge and expertiseMaintain a strong understanding of EngagedMD products, features, functions, and benefits and leverage your broad knowledge of trends and best practices in the use of EngagedMD solutionsWhat You’ll BringAt least 5 years of experience working in and with fertility clinics, to include operational expertise and exposure to clinical informationAbility to design, communicate, and successfully implement clinical technology solutionsPrevious experience with and an excitement for leading and developing a teamA mission-driven orientation to all you doSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a small, fast-paced organizationBachelor’s degree or equivalent career experienceIt’s Also Nice If You…Have professional medical background such that you can explain scientific and medical concepts to lay, cross-functional team membersHave successfully worked remotely with distributed teams in the pastHave working knowledge of research study design and/or experience contributing to abstracts and publications clinical trial design and/or have worked with clinical trials in the pastWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and equityMedical, dental, and vision coverage heavily subsidized by the companyOpen Paid Time OffPaid family and medical leaveGenerous paid holidays401(k) retirement savings planEngagedMD is an equal opportunity employer.We’re committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
