Engagement Manager, Partners (Remote from US)
About the position We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Engagement Manager to oversee a portfolio of partners and joint end-customers, driving the effective utilization of advanced behavioral biometric solutions. In this post-sales role, you will define partner strategies, collaborate with clients to solve complex challenges, and ensure the delivery of measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including threat analysts, solutions engineers, and data scientists—to present consultative solutions to stakeholders at all levels. The role requires strong relationship management, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence decision-making across multiple industries, with a focus on North American financial institutions. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work with opportunities to make a significant impact on partner success and product adoption. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners and joint end-customers, providing consulting, incident management, and escalation support. • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, proactively addressing concerns and identifying opportunities to expand product utilization. • Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, R&D, Product, Threat Analytics) to advocate for partners’ and customers’ needs. • Lead project coordination, oversee timelines and resources, and guide project teams to ensure successful delivery. • Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with partners and clients to provide product updates, gather feedback, and drive strategic initiatives. • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and executive summaries to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting KPIs and progress toward objectives. Requirements • 5+ years of post-sales consulting or client engagement experience in cybersecurity, fraud, payments, or technology sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Systems); equivalent experience will also be considered. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to diverse audiences. • Strong time management skills, structured approach, and ability to meet deadlines. • Team-oriented mindset with conflict management and collaboration capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with a positive, entrepreneurial attitude and high accountability.
