ERP Analyst/Consultant
Role: ERP Analyst/Consultant Location: South Florida / Boca Raton potentially remote Duration: Long Term Contract The client anticipates increased strain on both functional and technical resources during this transition. This includes ongoing support tickets, month end close spikes, system maintenance, integrations, data cleanup, and acquisition related work. They have recently completed acquisitions and expect more in the near future, which will require new legal entities, integrations, and data mapping within Great Plains. Current ERP and Project Status: Current ERP is Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains Great Plains will remain the system of record until the new ERP is fully implemented ERP replacement project timeline is estimated at 18 to 24 months Additional buffer time expected for hypercare and post go live legacy support Current Team Structure/Make-up Internal team consists of 22 full time employees and 2 contractors Recently increased internal support to 4 key resources Current third party firm provides approximately 11 people Third party mix is roughly 50 percent functional and 50 percent technical, plus project management Areas of Anticipated Need Functional Great Plains support for: o User support tickets o Workflow issues o Month end close surges o General ERP troubleshooting Technical support for: o Customizations and development o Temporary Band Aid solutions during transition o Integrations and data flows o Supporting acquisitions and new legal entities o Data mapping, validation, and cleanup Technology and Skill Requirements Must Have Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains experience Strong understanding of GL and data models within GP Nice to Have Experience with Esker Knowledge of vendor portals and invoice automation workflows Understanding of integration points between Esker and Great Plains Experience identifying and resolving duplicate vendor records Apply tot his job
