Executive Assistant, Sales Team

AccountMakers is actively recruiting Executive Assistants for sales teams for immediate hire on behalf of our hiring clients. Position Details Are you a highly organized communicator who enables frontline sellers and sales leaders to focus on revenue? We are building a talent pool of Executive Assistants to support sales teams and leaders in New York City. In these roles you will manage complex calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings (including executive briefings and customer demos), prepare sales materials and decks, handle travel logistics, and act as the primary operational contact between sales, marketing, and customer success. You will also own meeting follow-ups, maintain CRM records for activity and stakeholder notes, manage expense reporting, and help drive cadence for pipeline reviews, QBRs, and deal desk workflows. These positions are measured by the smooth execution of sales operations, timely coordination of executive priorities, and improvements to sales team efficiency. You will work with core productivity and sales tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, Salesforce or HubSpot, Slack, Zoom) and follow a structured onboarding plan that includes shadowing sales leaders, CRM hygiene training, and weekly check-ins. Roles vary by client and may be remote, hybrid, or on-site in the New York City area; some opportunities may require occasional local travel or flexible hours to accommodate executive schedules. What We’re Looking For -3+ years of executive assistant, sales operations, or administrative support experience; prior support for sales or revenue leaders preferred. -Excellent calendar and email management skills, with strong attention to detail and confidentiality. -Strong written and verbal communication and polished executive presence. -Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for logging activity and notes. -Comfortable preparing presentations, sales collateral, and executive-level reports. -Able to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment. -Experience with travel booking, expense reporting, and basic project tracking. -Able to work Eastern Time business hours and meet client scheduling needs.
