Executive Function Coach
We are seeking Executive Function Coaches with a background in psychology, education, or related fields to provide one-on-one academic skills coaching and self-management support for students ranging from K–12 through first-year college. The ideal candidate is patient, communicative, and detail-oriented, with the ability to help students across different grade levels build strong study habits, improve organizational skills, and receive targeted support during key transition periods such as entering middle school, high school, or college.Responsibilities⭐ Executive Function Coaching (Core)• Help students build consistent study habits and daily routines• Teach time management, planning, task breakdown, and prioritization• Train academic organization skills, including managing materials, digital files, and learning platforms• Support students in tracking deadlines, managing assignments, and monitoring academic progress⭐ Academic Skills Training• Teach age-appropriate note-taking strategies (e.g., Cornell Notes, structured notes)• Train reading comprehension, classroom engagement strategies, and test preparation skills• Assist students in managing assignments through platforms such as bolthires Classroom, Canvas, and school portals⭐ Communication and Information Management Skills (Including College Readiness)• Guide students in checking, organizing, and responding to emails (Email Management)• Support first-year college students with course management, syllabus analysis, and academic planning• Provide foundational independent learning skills and personal organization strategies⭐ Behavioral and Emotional Support (Non-Clinical)• Help students develop self-monitoring and self-management skills• Teach attention-maintenance techniques and strategies to optimize the learning environment• Offer basic emotional regulation strategies (non-clinical and skill-based)⭐ Parent Communication & Reporting• Provide regular progress updates to parents and students• Offer actionable recommendations for home-based support• Collaborate with the team and participate in training sessions and curriculum discussions• Bachelor’s degree or above in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)• Familiarity with ADHD, executive function challenges, organizational difficulties, and attention-related issues is highly preferred• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, academic coaching, or counseling is strongly preferred• Ability to teach fundamental academic and study skills to students from K–12 through first-year college• Demonstrates patience, empathy, strong communication skills, and a high level of professionalism• Ability to conduct sessions online through platforms such as Zoom or bolthires Meet职位类型:兼职薪资: $45.00至$70.00(每小时 )Work Location:Remote Apply tot his job
