You will be responsible for creating and maintaining sales reports while providing actionable insights for decision-makers. Job DescriptionWe are looking for an analyst who will support our sales team as a Sales Operations Analyst by handling sales data and reports, sales processes, and provide meaningful insights through dashboards.The Sales Operations Analyst's main responsibility will be to produce useful insights and present those to the organization in an effort to improve performance of our sales team. You will also be responsible for managing adhoc sales related CRM requests. Being proactively driven with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment are key success drivers for this role. The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role for the North American Experian Data Quality (EDQ) business in the following areas:• Analyze forecasts and performance data to gain actionable insights for Sales leaders• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze the necessary data to derive insights• Create and maintain dashboards for internal teams through meaningful graphs and visualizations• Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations• Enable sales by providing CRM management supportQualifications• BA/BS degree required• Preferred 1-2 years experience in analytics, as a data or business intelligence analyst, or analyst function• Strong financial, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to identify trends in large data sets and communicate findings• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills• Sales facing/SaaS industry experience is preferred but not required• Experience with data visualization software is preferred but not required; Microsoft Power BI experience is a plus• Experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required; Salesforce experience is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
