Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the check-in process, assisting with ticketing and baggage, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities will include: Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have accurate travel documentation. Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds. Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors. Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport. Scheduling and Work Environment Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You will work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. Proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic digital literacy and the ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and Customer Service Assessment. The ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
