Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our hourly workforce and drive customer satisfaction at our operations site in Orlando, FL. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will also collaborate with various support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives and ensure that customer orders are delivered at the right time and to the right location. Key Responsibilities Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve their full potential Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure that our customer expectations are met Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach to ensure that our operations run smoothly Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather, and continuously climb and descend stairs (applies to sites with stairs) Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Strong leadership and management skills to lead and motivate your team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various support teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop plans to meet business objectives Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in logistics and operations, particularly in a leadership or management role Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity principles and practices Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with various support teams Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for professional growth and development.
