About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, providing inbound customer support via phone and internet. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
