About the Role We're seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a bilingual specialist, you will provide top-notch support to our users via live chat, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a remote contract role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world. The contract is for 30-40 hours a week for a 4-month period, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
