Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Spanish Customer Service and Fraud Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and fraud prevention team, you will play a vital role in responding to account inquiries, identifying and preventing fraudulent activity, and providing exceptional support to our merchants and cardholders. Key Responsibilities Respond to 25 or more account inquiries per hour, providing standard and scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues. Assist with the completion of lost or stolen reports, including blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity. Build credit card replacement orders and complete shipping materials. Begin to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations, and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts. What We Are Looking for in This Role To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of fraud detection and prevention. You should be a team player with a strong work ethic, flexible and open to working mid to late shifts, including weekends, as part of your weekly schedule.
