As a Business Analysis Manager, you'll be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, analyzing financial data, and developing strategic recommendations to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities• Support high-priority workstreams directly aligned with executive needs• Lead process improvement of new spend approval board• Organize, review, and present spend requests to a committee comprised of finance leaders• Develop leadership briefs to communicate spend requests and decisions• Explore internal data systems to become a trusted expert on spend baselines• Direct surveys to validate effectiveness recommendations across the projectQualifications and RequirementsWe're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in financial analysis, planning, and business development.If you have:• Medium to advanced experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business development• Process improvement management skills• Relevant retail or technology industry experience• Able to contribute to and drive cross-functional teams• Experience in presenting proposals to decision-makersWe encourage you to apply if you have a strong passion for finance, business analysis, and process improvement.
