Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour. Responsibilities As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responding to high-volume customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Utilizing arenaflex's solution information system to process new patient enrollment and enter patient and medication data. Handling patient medication requests and entering top-off orders for handling, while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. Investigating missing medication data and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolving information entry-related issues and escalating complex cases to senior-level staff as needed. Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and recognizing and reporting issues to senior-level staff as necessary. Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current professional permit or certification. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Essential level computer skills, including basic navigation and operation of software applications. Essential web search skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, bookmarking websites, and completing online forms. Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM) typing speed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards. Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: No less than 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a certification or enrollment by the state as recognized by the State Board for Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM typing speed. Familiarity with Spanish and English languages.
