As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Representative – Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system. * Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing. * Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving all data entry-related issues. * Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation. * Resolving Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements. * Settling phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs. * Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary. * Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation within the initial 90 days and maintaining a current professional permit or certification. **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a program, typing in URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports). * Ability to communicate in writing and verbally. * 18 years old or older. **Preferred Qualifications:** * At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * At least one and a half years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction. * Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **Work Environment and Culture:** As a remote Data Entry Specialist, you will have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a dynamic work environment that values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
