As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing yourself as a reliable business partner to each client through understanding their business needs, order history, and other relevant information. You will utilize this understanding to provide clients with additional product offerings aimed at strengthening their businesses. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive pay rate, benefits, and an amazing employee-first culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Establish yourself as a reliable business partner to each client through understanding their business needs, order history, and other relevant information * Provide clients with additional product offerings aimed at strengthening their businesses * Coordinate routine interactions between clients, Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), and other support staff to ensure every client experiences the highest level of service * Utilize Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) to manage client data and communicate with internal and external stakeholders * Demonstrate strong clerical skills, including data entry and document organization * Manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously * Work closely with the Client Coordinator Manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) * Familiarity with and experience using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel) * Strong clerical skills, including data entry and document organization * Basic computational skills, including converting fractions to decimals, division, multiplication, etc. * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing * Demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of emails from multiple accounts simultaneously * Highly organized, self-starter, who is detail oriented * Friendly, professional, helpful, and willing to participate in various company activities **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience * Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of our employees.
