**Experienced Client Service Expert – Cloud Computing and Private Evaluating**

As a Client Service Expert, you'll be responsible for analyzing client requests, identifying recurring themes and pain points, and driving continuous improvements. **Key Responsibilities** As a Client Service Expert, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including: * Learning and applying the basics of the arenaflex Private Evaluating System to become an informed authority on client service * Analyzing client assistance data to identify subjects and pain points in the client experience and trends in the business * Responding to inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with team SOPs, quality metrics, and SLAs * Providing business insights to key partners to give experiences and metrics * Offering proposals for short-term client solutions while contributing to long-term practical solutions at scale * Contributing to improving efficiencies through automation, effective estimation, assessment, and communication for improved operational performance **Essential Capabilities** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree or equivalent * 4+ years of direct client support experience, identifying and detailing patterns to drive quantifiable outcomes for an intricate sales/support organization **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial: * Exceptional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to update senior management on needs, status, data patterns, and provide tooling and training proposals * Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to cross-functional audiences * A solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and the arenaflex offering * Skilled at marrying data with accounts to determine meaningful insights * Rapidly able to grasp complex ideas independently * Has solid business acumen and tenacity; able to work independently through ambiguity and complexity in a fast-paced environment to drive results * Gifted at working successfully with numerous partners to influence and acquire buy-in * Experience working in a highly matrixed organization **Benefits** As an arenaflex employee, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive Compensation: arenaflex typically offers competitive base salaries and, in some cases, performance-based bonuses * Health Insurance: arenaflex provides comprehensive health insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
