Experienced Customer Care Agent – Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift with Phone and Chat Support

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email with the opportunity to create raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a positive and solution-focused approach Provide product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Utilize problem-solving skills to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions to customer problems Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate Schedule and Work Environment This role offers a unique schedule, with each shift being 10 hours (for a 40-hour work week). We offer flexibility in the schedule per day, with the following open times for each of the 4 days: Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time As a remote worker, you'll need to provide a secure and quiet work environment with a strong Internet connection. arenaflex will provide all the necessary equipment to ensure your success in this role. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer experience Knowledge of the lighting industry or related field Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication skills , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Strong problem-solving skills , with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve customer complaints and concerns Technical skills , including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Time management and organizational skills , with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability and flexibility , with a willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our team members.
