Job Overview As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the Business Support Services Team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service to both external and internal customers, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and programs, as well as collaborating with team members within the department. Key Responsibilities Pleasantly answer multi-line phone calls and refer them to ensure accurate and timely communications, utilizing methods such as paging, redirecting to voicemail, or email as appropriate. Log, process, and dispatch sales and service calls efficiently. Open and close lobby and general office windows based on the established daily schedule, ensuring a smooth operation. Courteously greet customers and visitors, determine their needs, contact the appropriate company personnel, and direct them to the right person, office, or area. Process and scan daily checks, ensuring financial transactions are handled accurately. Manage Equipment Service tickets, add and remove equipment, and transfer equipment on customer accounts as needed. Process walk-in sales, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Open, sort, and distribute mail, as well as sort and distribute fax communications, maintaining organized office operations. Prepare outgoing mail using USPS, FedEx, or internal truck mail, ensuring timely delivery. Balance the cash box for invoices created in the front office, maintaining financial accuracy. Process Purchase orders and dunnages for Operations, supporting the smooth functioning of the business. Dispatch orders for warehouses company-wide, ensuring efficient logistics. Order office supplies, business cards, and ink for Sales Centers, maintaining a well-stocked and efficient work environment. Order and distribute uniforms, ensuring all team members have the necessary attire. Prepare all donations according to the donation procedure, contributing to arenaflex's community involvement. Tell sell for Armada coffee business, promoting and selling products effectively. Backup for vault teller, providing support and ensuring continuity of financial operations. Perform administrative tasks for other departments, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to support the team. Communicate with co-workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner, fostering a positive and respectful work environment. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
