Process daily checks, equipment service tickets, and walk-in sales with precision. Manage mail and fax communications, including opening, sorting, and distributing them. Prepare outgoing mail and balance the cash box for front office invoices. Dispatch orders for warehouses company-wide and order office supplies as needed. Perform administrative tasks for other departments and communicate effectively with coworkers, management, and others.
