**Experienced Customer Engagement Budget Manager – Strategic Financial Leadership**

As a key member of our Marketing Center of Excellence, the Customer Engagement (CE) Budget Management team is seeking an accomplished professional to support the DX businesses. As a CE Budget Manager, you will serve as a vital liaison between the global marketing teams and various finance teams, ensuring the accurate, effective, and efficient administration of a variety of budgetary tasks. **About the Role & Team** The CE Budget Management team provides strategic, financial, and analytical leadership by developing positive relationships and outstanding service. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished professional with proven financial experience, the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, who can multi-task, challenge assumptions, and make recommendations to the team, partners, and senior leaders. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** As a CE Budget Manager, you will be responsible for: * Facilitating invoice payments and working with multiple partners to ensure timely remittance * Using the CE workflow system to manage and prioritize payment activities based on urgency and importance * Researching issues with past invoices and responding to internal financial audits * Working directly with CE internal and external partners to improve existing processes and develop new processes to further improve overall efficiencies * Partnering with Customer Engagement team members to respond to various budget requests * Creating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple arenaflex businesses and organizations * Presenting and communicating effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives * Supervising the CE Budget team mailbox and leading daily communications, inquiries, and updates * Requesting, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3+ years' work experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development * Minimum of 1-2 years of progressive experience with growing responsibility in Finance/Accounting or Business Development * Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, with proven experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas * Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience communicating with team members at all levels, including senior management * Demonstrated ability to drive results through a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong detail orientation, and great partnership skills * Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies * Proven track record of working with a sense of urgency and curiosity in fast-paced, dynamic environments * Exposure to other tools, such as Smartsheet and Workfront **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working with Smartsheet and Workfront * Familiarity with other financial software and systems * Experience in a similar role or industry * Advanced degree in Finance/Accounting or related field **Education** A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field is required. **Career Growth Opportunities & Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
