About the Role As a Customer Engineering Summer Intern at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers top-class support to global enterprises driving the modern digital economy. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools, systems, and products, while refining your IT skills in areas such as SQL, API, IT networking, and more. Our Customer Engineering team serves as a technical partner to our customers, helping them accelerate their efforts to build solutions on top of arenaflex's digital services. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to arenaflex's digital services customers through various platforms, including emails, tickets, live chat, and private and public Slack channels Support new and existing customers, including queue sanitation, ticket triaging, troubleshooting, and resolution, as well as follow-up with customers and relevant stakeholders Develop expertise in arenaflex's digital services platform, staying up-to-date with common use cases and deployments, and practicing with the API Collaborate with customers and operations team members, observing and helping to lead incident management protocols, serving as a communication lead during customer-impacting events, and providing relevant details to sales, account, product, and operations teams Ensure excellent documentation to enhance self-service, providing content and edits to public-facing documentation Why Join arenaflex?
