**Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) - Retail Phones (Remote, based in Nashville)**

Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering exceptional customer service by supporting customers who call arenaflex retail stores and by answering customer emails * Learning our internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships * Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments * Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points so we can optimize each customer's experience **Who You Are** We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be a creative and innovative problem solver who can think outside the box, a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience, and a highly organized and attentive individual who can juggle multiple tasks at once. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to: * Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome) * Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts * Be able to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT * Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season * Have reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router (a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided) * Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) **Extra Credit** While not required, experience in customer service and working from home will be a definite plus. **About Our Culture** At arenaflex, we believe in creating a workplace that's inclusive, equitable, and fun.
