About the Role As a Customer Experience Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support and empowering our users to connect their goals and challenges with our solution. This is a hybrid position, with 3 days/week spent in our Denver office, and you'll have the opportunity to engage with customers across a variety of channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares. You'll be the liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team, advocating for and helping to shape the best possible version of our product. Engage with customers across multiple channels to provide timely and effective support Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with our solution, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their objectives Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve issues and improve our product, engaging users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit Create internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base and improve customer support Advise customers about new features and functionalities, helping them to get the most out of our platform Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have experience providing customer or technical support, with SAAS experience being a plus. You should have a strong understanding of help desk software and remote support tools, with experience with Zendesk being an asset. You'll need to have excellent problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and superb written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude, empathetic approach, and collaborative mindset are essential, along with the ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits For Colorado-based hires, the compensation range for this role is $48,000-$62,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes the opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on our company's plans and policies. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of Colorado may differ based on the cost of labor and other factors.
