Our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales growth, and maintain brand standards. You will work closely with our Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, train and develop team members, and ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and maintain brand standards (70% of the time) * Client Experience: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness * Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and guaranteeing adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures * Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's clothing standard and preparation rules **What You'll Bring** * Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives * Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines * Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks * Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner * Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed * Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable * This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
