You will work closely with our Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, train and develop team members, and ensure compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures. **Key Responsibilities** * Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business strategies, drive sales growth, and maintain brand standards (70% of the time) * Client Experience: Ensure all team members deliver a top-level customer experience, proactively addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness * Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop team members, ensuring brief position satisfaction, providing continuous performance assessment, and guaranteeing adherence to arenaflex's policies and procedures * Brand Standards: Maintain brand principles through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, while ensuring consistency with arenaflex's clothing standard and preparation rules **What You'll Bring** * Four-year degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in a proven track record to meet or exceed objectives * Self-starting business visionary with outstanding leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to focus on multiple tasks while adhering to business-critical deadlines * Magnificent written and verbal communication skills with a dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales tasks * Ability to foster collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner * Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment, ability to move as needed * Valid driver's license in the state of work and ability to obtain required state licensing, where applicable * This role requires you to have an Engine Vehicle Salesman Permit issued by the Virginia State Department of Motor Vehicles.
