**Experienced Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst – Streaming Services and Digital Media**

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in developing and optimizing customer journeys, engagement, and retention for our streaming services. If you're a data-driven, analytical thinker with a passion for customer experience, we encourage you to apply. **Work Overview** As a Customer Journey and Engagement Analyst, you'll be responsible for: * Identifying key product strategies and features on partner platforms to inform our owned and operated product roadmap * Providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-centric decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting * Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives * Proactively pitching product solutions across the customer lifecycle that encourage sampling and acquisition **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and optimize customer journeys, engagement, and retention strategies for our streaming services * Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer engagement initiatives, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including product, marketing, and customer service teams * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience, data analysis, and digital marketing **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in customer experience, data analysis, or digital marketing * Proven analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data * Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Mixpanel, and mParticle * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the streaming services industry * Knowledge of customer experience design principles and methodologies * Experience with A/B testing and experimentation * Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies * Certification in data analysis or digital marketing **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines * Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
